Dear all,

Tomorrow January 21 2014, we are all expecting the monthly update from USCIS about processing times.

I know we are all eager to see it, especially I-130 February, March and April 2013 filers that are still waiting for approvals.

I'm waiting for it too, even if I'm a July filer, but I hope the new update will shed some light on the real progress of USCIS.

Anyway, back to the real world. This what I am expecting:

The update will say: Processing time for I-130 (USC filing for a spouse): 14 Feb 2013.

Any takers???????

I really hope I am wrong and USCIS will show some real data for once!!!!

Don't hold your breath. I am in the DMV (District-Maryland-Virginia) area and tomorrow is going to be a snow day here.


But when it does come out I actually bet on something between March 1-12.

It is really painful but I fell powerless against USCIS and especially Nebraska and Texas service centers.

Same here, I'm just praying my whole I-130 gets apporved after its prescribed time. I have older guys in my office telling me how in the '90s it used to take only 4-5 months to get visa and bring one's wife here, and this to from Pakistan and other MENA countries. Them were the good old days. :(

Doesn't matter much to me anymore since I conveniently got a BS RFE and now no longer belong in "processing times".

But I suppose I'll be interested to see what other BS they spew from their black hole of incompetence.

Does anyone know why there isn't a Processing Time in the VisaJourney Processing Time column for the Nebraska Service Center? Our 1-30 petition is there (sent in Dec.) but I don't see any dates for this service center in VisaJourney... only on the USCIS site.

I just received an email today as well for RFE after 7 months and 1 week for k3 no movements on I130 it is really BS...
