My case status today:

Post decision activity:

On December 19, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.

Is this already NOA2? I'm confused because we just sent our package last Nov 19, 2013.. So fast :D

Now you would wait until got the case number and then keep check your case and do what they wanna until you got the interview date! :)

30 Sep 2013: Received receipt number (SRC- Texas service)

11 Oct 2013: Alien registration number was changed

28 Oct 2013: I-129F was approved

2 Nov 2013: Received NOA2 hardcopy in mail

7 Nov 2013: USCIS sent petition to NVC

14 Nov 2013: NVC sent case number via email

18 Nov 2013: NVC sent petition to consulate in HCMC

20 Nov 2013: Case status on CEAC_ Ready, and waiting for Instruction package.

29 Nov 2013: Got the Instuction Package (Package 3).

6 Dec 2013: Sent the package 3 to U.S Consulate.

11 Dec 2013: The U.S Consulate got the package 3.

Don't worry, it is the approval. Some Vjer here got approval only in 16 days. Congrats!

Congrats! Sounds about right. You mailed your I-129F a few business days after me and now received your NOA2 on time after me. Hopefully this shows that the USCIS has finally smoothed out the process and can stay consistent. I just hope the NVC and Manila are this fast.

July 10, 2012 - July 14, 2012 First met in Hong Kong during a port visit

Oct 25, 2012 - October 29, 2012 Met again on another port visit this time in Manila

Dec 26, 2012-Jan 08, 2013 Flew to Manila to meet again, stayed in Dasmarinas City and Quezon Province

May 11, 2013 - May 31, 2013 Flew again to Manila to meet, stayed in Dasmarinas City, Puerto Galera and Quezon Province.

November 11, 2013 I-129F mailed

November 15, 2013 I-129f received at Dallas Lockbox

November 20, 2013 NOA1 received

November 26, 2013 Alien Registration Number changed

December 13, 2013 NOA2 email received

December 19, 2013 NOA2 (I-797) hardcopy received
