There are similar threads here on the subject if you're willing to do some research.

As far as I know, your ex needs to cancel the petition since it is still PENDING with the USCIS. So they will see it as multiple petition on your behalf and deny it.

Good luck

Find your ex and have him cancel the petition he applied for you. After that you should be ok to file the new I-129f with your present boyfriend. If you do not make him cancel the previous petition then your new petition will not be approved.

Welcome to VJ.. Let him understand, if there's a way to contact your ex, do so, for the last time. Just so you can start a life with him having no worries with your visa application.

Hello everyone today our lawyer send already our K1- application to USCIS TEXAS SERVICE CENTER the lawyer send the wrong draft relationship letter because my fiancee did some correction maybe the lawyer didn't check on it first before sending it. my fiance did some correction just to make it right specially on dates when he visited me here in the Philippines, do you think that would be the reason why it won't get approved our application, please let me know some of your thought and knowledge about this, or is there anyone here experience that too, hope to hear from you soon, MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL!!!
