i had a boyfriend in the past and he filed k1 visa 2010 but didn't continue it because he cant make on financially have 4 dependents and im fine with it because he told me will gonna be with me but he didn't mean what he says our relationship is not doing good anymore, we always fight, don't talk that's why i decided to broke up with him because i know their no future for both of us last, he can't be with me, so use least to go on and we cant be together as a couple last 2011. 2012 i met my boyfriend and now he wants to file a k1 visa my question is do you think it will be denied our application because of my prior visa application? does it still show on the system now even if that was 3 years ago filed at vermont service center is their any chance for us to be together in the future and just be happy? need your advice as soon as possible, thank you!!!
