-When NVC has set up our case do we need to send any forms signed by the beneficiary by post because postal system is little slow this side?

-Do we submit all the original documents to NVC or wait for them to ask for the originals?

No.

Originals/certified copies need to be sent in the IV package.

We got approval from Nebraska..

I was asking because I have not received any notification that was sent to NVC. Some posts say that not all service centers do it.

Good Luck.....

Thanks. One more question, we have submitted only the wedding pictures with the marriage certificate and case was approved.. Should we send all the evidences of bonafide marriage once we receive the NVC case no because i read it in another forum that during the interview stage they might not have enough time to go through all the evidences.what do you think?

It depends. Since you haven't filled in your timeline (please do so!), I don't know what country you're going through. Front-loading (adding evidence to the IV package so the officers look at it before the interview) is suggested for high-fraud countries.

Timeline updated. Is India part of the high fraud countries??

You're missing a bunch of things on your timeline. And it states you're going through Armenia, not India.

For India though, yes, I'd suggest you front-load. It may not be as high fraud as others, but it might still be a good idea.

i am going to send a checklist today to the NVC....so how long it will take them to review it after they receive it?

I received a case complete 3 days after submitting a response to a checklist. However, I was able to email the response because my case was electronic. If you have to mail your response to the NVC, you have to factor in transit time.
