Hi, does anyone know if the signatures on the G325A, Fiancée Letter of Intent or the Circumstances of how we met letter (I-129F Question 34a) can be copies or do they have to be original? My Fiancée lives in the Philippines and I live in America. I was just wondering if we can do this over email and scanning. Do any of these have to be notarized? I am putting the packet together for the K1 Visa. Thanks.

You don't have to get them notarized, but they do need to be originals. It is even recommended that they're signed in blue ink as to further show they're originals.

All your fiancee needs to sign are the G-325A and the letter of intent to marry. Circumstances of how you met isn't required, just a brief "we met in (insert PLACE) on (insert DATE)" will be sufficient for the answer to question 34A. However, if you choose to include a supplement to that question, only the petitioner needs to sign it. So suggest either you mail those forms to your fiancee, or you go back and visit her and bring them with you.

i am not...read the form....i filled out my fiance G 325 that was sent in with the I 129 f and it was not signed by him....and through out my entire journey i never received a rfe...and my fiance was approved and has picked up his visa..
