Consulate Review: Jamaica
Review Topic: General Review
Event Description
Review Date : November 15, 2013
Embassy Review : My fiance said his experience was great, he was only asked about 8 questions

1.where do i work.
2.what do i do
3.what does he do
4.how long has he known me...which was very easy because we have known each other since high school, we just never hooked up because I had a boyfriend back then that I later marry and had 2 children with..he had a girlfriend that he had 2 children with....I knew he liked me from then but I wasn't a cheater so he had no chance until life decided to take its own path... we lived our lives in circle and ended up back together.
5. has he ever traveled outside of jamaica
6. how long he stayed
7. due to the fact that my divorce is fairly recent...was i still with my husband while we were seeing each other...of course not, there is something called separation...lol
8. who were the people in the album.

They didn't take any other evidence.....I was really worried because I recently lost my job of almost 11 yrs so i had no job letter or checks...but I do receive unemployment income plus rental income from my house. I gave him those but he never had to show it. I used the income information from my last tax return on my I-134 affidavit of support my mom was my co sponsor...she sent her job letter...I also sent a letter showing that I am in an employment process with the TSA and Border Protection but when he offered to show the CO those he just told him it was ok he didn't need it.
Rating : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
