Hey!

After my interview last Friday it was saying "ready". Yesterday morning. It was then changed to "Administrative processing" and then by yesterday afternoon it was changed to "issued"!! I wouldn't worry about it - I believe it's the common next step as I guess issuing the visa itself is an administrative process...!! Don't stress :D

Thanks pettypenier44,

I'm feel secured:)Hope mine would change by next week.Did you receive your visa yet?

I'm glad! I, like you, started to panic when I saw the AP status - and even more so when I started looking around for what some others had put about being in AP. Turns out it was all for nothing!!

No, I have not received it yet. It says it should be with me within 10 business days, so I'll just keep checking the the site I signed up to for the courier, to see when it has arrived at my pick-up spot.

Keep us updated with your status!!

Hi J and P

When the status changed like that for me, it was only a few days before I saw 'Issued' and the following business day that I got my visa in hand. (After which I cried tears of relief) So hopefully not long now for you.

I know what it is like - I couldn't sit still until I booked that flight.

Have a safe weekend, take care and go easy on yourself - it will all work out, you'll see.

I could not sleep well since I joyed VJ but I told myself to calm but I was not easy. It's ok if we were not booked our wedding plans and my ticket this Dec as We've paid off everything anyway.

I will keep checking up with CEAC every now and then :)Always there's a hope.

Good luck with your new journey and thank you for everything really held me out :)

Oh wow, you have everything booked before even getting it?! Then I really hope it works out and you get before you need it!! Fingers crossed :) When you went for your interview, did the interviewer tell you how long you would need to wait at all?

Yeah, just keep checking starting Monday as I doubt they will update anything over the weekend. Like I said, it seems to be the normal process so I'm sure you won't be waiting long :D
