What we did in the i751 group was one person volunteered to update it and everyone else would just post their info. It prevents someone who don't know what there doing from messing it up or more than one person updating at the same time and creating multiple trackers with different info

Also, if youd like, could you update my field office, We are nearer to Atlanta, but we have requested Washington Field Officer in fairfax va. Im not sure if other cases can choose but 319(b) allows us to choose which office we would like to use. And from my research the Fairfax office has the most experience handling 319(b) cases and guarantees same day oath for that type of case. So we chose that one. Plus the philippine embassy is right there also so we can take care of a few things there. ^_^

I can volunteer to update, but even if someone updates and messes it up, I'll clean it up :)

Updating your field office below - how cool that you can chose one - very practical! We "normal" applicants can't...

So excited to send my (hopefully last) application EVER tomorrow!

Alright so we got some good news today. No receipt number...but i think something almost as good. I called again (im probably getting annoying because i call so much but after what happen, can you blame me? lol) I spoke with one of the individuals that is familiar with me (since ive talked to her so many times) when she looked up my application she said all they are waiting on is to recieve my A file (from my Adjustment of status and I751 stuff i guess), and my background check. She said i have good finger prints in the system (YAY! so i dont have to do that) and soon as the A file and Background check comes back they will send it for review. happy.png And i should receive my receipt number next week ^_^

Barkers and Theempara, glad things are moving along smile.png

Just mailed my application... the store attendant convinced me to send it USPS Priority. Hmmm not sure I trust them, but let's hope for the best. Takes 3 business days so should be there by Wed/Thu when I'll be abroad.

Updating the list.

Yes I did! Thanks to you guys!!! smile.png I didn't know about the form before. Very nice. I wish they put the option in the N-400 form.

When do they send the notice? Upon same day they receive it?

Did you include your G1145 so you can get a notice shortly after its processed?

I am so pissed! Just got n email confirmation from the neighborhood shop I sent my application with... apparently their computer automatically recognized the address as "Attn: AOS", and that's what was printed in the mail label!!!

I wrote the manager now, and will go there when they open... This will be such a big mess!!! sad.png

What do you guys think will happen? Is AOS a whole different division/place, or will the officer realize it is actually a N-400 application and just process it? sad.png

I am of course also worried about my check and pictures (don't want to have to take them again) and I'm going abroad on Tuesday.

I should have double checked the manager's work... people are so dumb! Never trust someone else! sad.png
