My wife filed i130 for me in april 2013 and tell now we are waiting for NOA2

215 days of waiting

The case is "msc" National benefits center and i can find even an email to contact with them

What can i do .....

Help me

Your wife needs to contact a tier 2 by calling the USCIS. The USCIS will not talk to the beneficiary. If they cannot help her she can contact her congressman's liaison to find out what's going on with your case.

I am really confused, first because we file ours in Feb 2013 and our k3 in march and nothing but case trasnferred to nebraska two weeks ago. What I don't understand si I see people on these forums who filed in april and are already approved and have their greencard. They received it in august, it makes no sense to me that I have not even received NOA2 yet and its november and yet people who filed 3 months after me have already had everything done and are now in the US. It makes no sense.

The USCIS and the immigration process has not ever and will not ever make any sense.

Hmm yes well I would be fighting tooth and nail to find out whats going on with your case right now, thats just not right. i feel for you. Is the fact that he is from Palestine you think holding it up?? I think certain countries unfortunately take longer to process especially the ones where just to get a visit visa is such a strenuous activity. (trying to get my egyptian friend to come visit us here in NY) I hope it comes soon thru for you as I have been waiting since Feb, my husband is American and its killing me!
