18 August 2013 - NOA1 hardcopy received

09 October 2013 - Alien Registration Number changed

23 January 2014 - Orderd Service Request

05 February 2014 - Answer from USCIS: Can't tell you any timeframe when we will approve this petition

21 February 2014 - NOA2 hardcopy received in Mail // USCIS shipped petition to NVC

24 February 2014 - Medical Appointment - passed the medical :-)

It's a different TYPE of petition, obviously, so therefore in a different QUEUE than yours. Also undergoes less processing than YOURS, and your spouse will arrive with a greencard IN HAND. So your *kind* remarks are uncalled for.

Congrats :D Ours got approved last year in 28days and I received my Green Card the other week. Took us 1 year and 5 days from mailing in the I-129F to me receiving my GC. Now I have time to rest before ROC haha. I hope the rest of your journey is a quick!

Congrats! Hope your journey goes smoothly from here. One thing that will help it go faster is if you contact the embassy through email once they receive your case and ask for packet 3. This speeds up the process considerably. Their email is papcons@state.gov.

just my opinion, if someone has had this success at VSC, would like to know .,.,,,.,who and when.,.,,. we were 186 days!

Would love to hear a story like this from VSC!

You went through last year. Things are most likely different now.
