We have noticed a small improvement recently but it's too early to say if this trend will continue. USCIS has been offloading some work to help with processing times so lets hope this is the result. Let us know if you have seen an improvement in approvals for your case or other VJ'ers.

I got NOA1 last march, and I'm still waiting for NOA2. Hopefully they will fastened their processing time!! My son and I can't wait to be reunited with my our beloved one!

I'm from Indonesia (the beneficiary), and my husband is a USC.

USCIS

06/04/2011: Got married in Surabaya, Indonesia

03/10/2013: (Some time at these dates) Filed I-130 through a lawyer

03/25/2013: Priority date, NOA1

11/08/2013: Case was transferred to Texas Service Center

11/16/2013: Case update: "was transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office."

11/25/2013: NOA2. Post Decision Activity: APPROVED (by Texas Service Center)

12/05/2013: Received NOA2 in the mail.

12/19/2013: "Shipped this approved or re-affirmed case to the Department of State for visa processing."

NVC

01/03/2014: NVC received our case work.

03/26/2014: Called NVC and they said that there's an error on the affidavit support and they didn't get copy of my passport. This case, I blame our lawyer.
