I think you see the silver lining to this, at least they have it and someone is opening it and looking at it. They know they have a 5 month time frame to meet so I am sure they are trying to get you finished up and approved.

Grats to the recent NOA2 approvals. I contacted my senator today, they received my request and im guessing will look into my case sometime in the next 2 weeks.

Hope it doesn't get to that and we all receive our approvals before the end of April like we should!

Thank you, the bright side is that eventually we will be reunited,with our loved ones again. I hope the look into your case and speed this up!

Hi, just wondered why you'd done this? You're not quite at 5 months yet are you? And on the USCIS website it says to give them another 30 days after normal processing times have passed before you do things like raise a service request etc.

We'll be at 4 months next week so just starting to look into this in case we need it! COME ON USCIS!! Lol :)

We'll be at 4 months next week so just starting to look into this in case we need it! COME ON USCIS!! Lol :)

Because asking for help with things like this takes time. 2 weeks from today will be our 5 month mark and I want the senators looking into it right as it reaches that point. Technically 1 week from today will be 5 months since I sent in the petition and they received it.

I will also be in Russia the day after our 5 month mark so I will not be able to inquire about our case at that time.

Patience is running thin.. Just taking steps necessary to figure out what is going on.
