What does this mean? Denied?

Yes.

People in war torn Syria don't get expedites, and I'm thinking their lives are a lot mire in jeopardy.

My husband also requested for expedite, rep told him he will get a call back on the 16th. We waited til the 18th oct and still no callback from them so he called uscis again. He provided the expedite request # given to him during his first call. Rep looked it up in their system and told him that uscis already sent him a mail and to just wait first for the mail before calling again. We have nooooo clue what the mail is all about or if it's even true that he will be receiving something in the mail coz til now theres nothing. We'll wait til the end of this week..

How long does it usually take for mails to be delivered to hawaii from the mainland?

And do u guys have any idea what that mail is about? I know it has something to do with the expedite request but...what exactly? :/

01.06.2014 - requested expedite due to typhoon and PCS

01.08.2014 - Case # and IIN; submitted DS-261; NVC asked for 2 contact #s of beneficiary

01.09.2014 - AOS fee billed

no prob :) you can keep on calling them to expedite your case..coz my husband made service request 3x before they respond to us..The first call was yeah same as yours, they will just call us back (waited a month, but got nothing!) then the second call was a whole bunch of excuses or whatsoever ( same thing, waited another weeks..grrrr..) then the last call, we just waited for one week then we got that email requesting us to fax the supporting documents they need.

ur welcome..we just keep on hoping and praying for any approval anytime soon..this year is not really a good year for i-130 because of the extended processing time..lucky for some, but for the rest..its a long waiting game..God bless on your journey :)

If your case is expedited, then you know it was approved.

uscis would normally decide if its approve or not in 3 days, one week, or in 15 days after you faxed the documents they need to support the expedite request..but its been a month for us..so i dont know..we will just keep on praying for good news :)
