Hi everyone,

My fiance is scheduled for the interview in Ciudad Juarez (Mexico) on October 3rd. My question is does he have to have my original passport with him? Will he be required to be proving my citizenship or is it already established from all the previous paperwork? He has copies of my passport, is that enough? It seems to be crazy idea sending him my original passport via mail!? Birth certificate is not an option for me since I myself am foreign born.

Thank you for your help!

Do not send your passport through the mail. Use copies.
