I got email from my senator office they are telling me NBC will be shipping February/March case together to Yakima field office

No she did not tell me that. St. Louis region files are transferred to the local field office. She mentioned 233 files all together today.

3/5/13 - Sent I-130 (Phenix Lockbox) UPS Overnight

3/11/13 - Cleared the check

3/19/13 - NOA1 hard copies received, Priority Date 3/6/13 (MSC)

6/10/13 - Case was Touched

6/19/13 - call from senator office

7/8/13 - Case show up online as Initial Review for the first time

10/24/13 - Case transferred email (transferred to other USCIS office)

10/25/13 - Case transferred email (transferred to local USCIS office)

10/28/13 - Hard Copy transferred mail (CSC)

10/30/13 - Case update email (transferred and is now being processed)

11/4/13 - Case was Touched

11/22/13 - Received NOA2 via text/email (CSC) Moving on to NVC

Yay seems like there's at least some action happening. Transfers!

I wrote back my congressman and asked him to inquire where my case was- NBC or local office. So we'll see!

I just spoke to tier2.

She was very nice. She said:

1. no, your file has not been transferred to Philadelphia.

2. They only send files to field offices in batches of 500 to the field offices that don't have a big backlog.

3. My files has not been assigned

AND..... after looking through some screens,

4. "I feel like you should get your decision around Halloween time.... "

so, there it is !!! Lie number 1501.

I have to admit...its nice to hear but very hard to believe..

I do not believe anything till I see the approvals of my NOA. Its now a joke to even speculate I am going to see my family in December and the approval will probable come when I am gone or not at all. That is the way this is working at lease I predict for me. I am no longer stressing over this my wife said we can just do visit. I wish there was a way we could make them responsible for there action or non action. We have no power to do anything except vote out the people who are there who never really help our process. There seem to be no champion for being a honest and law biding US citizen. It seem only they listen when you break the law. Look at all the illegals getting processed and we get put at the end. I wish everyone the best and hope your process goes fast.

Yep, I wasn't able to check the status online since I filed until yesterday.

Now the question is: How many months will they hold the file at their desk at local office until they send it to NVC?????:) Another waiting game continues...and continues...

But at least the most frustrating part is complete.
