Congratulations!!! I see that you have the same priority date as mine, March 4. Did you do something to get approved (like involving the senator, applying for an expedite, etc.) or the approval came on its own?

I want to keep thing real. The only people in March that got approved. They lived overseas or had special circumstances. The rest of us are in the regular line. So I still think we are months away or even 6 months. Now with the government shutting down here another excuse they will use.

My case didn't have any special circumstances. I confirmed with USCIS that my case was approved at NBC. I am a US filer. Also to people who are saying there case never been updated after NOA1 same thing happened with my case. My case was only updated once the day I got approved.

I don't think your approval is showing up in Igor's List.

trying to avoid the frustration of waiting for a decision from uscis and be with hubby and his family and planned to move to his home country, while doing some research for plane tickets and sad to say most flights has a connecting flight in the US which will require a transit visa... Which means they can still deny you even if you already have a visa for that other country and not only that, one requirement is that you should have a plane ticket for them to see. What a complete j**k!!!!!!!!!

Any approvals coming from jan./feb/ and march????? My friend who filed on april already got approved but she said it was expedited but she did not provide any reason why.

Anybody have an idea, since i'm still going be interviewed for that so called transit visa, should I tell them that I do have a spousal visa that is still waiting for a decision coming from Uscis? Do you think they will deny me because of that one?
