How old are the children ? They will each need an I130 petition

Thanks for reply ! All of them are under 21. How about my wife? Do i need to fill up same 1-130 also for her? Do you have any idea usually how long will it take their to get the visa after the petition is done? Thanks again.

The Guides will tell you what forms you need: http://www.visajourney.com/content/guides . BTW, if you are a greencard holder now, you can petition them now and then upgrade when you become a US citizen.

What forms you need is in the Guides I linked to above.

Processing time for minor kids and spouses of US citizens is currently about a year, maybe a couple of months less.

Thanks you guys ! You are so kind !

I read yesterday the link you posted. But still i am confuse about some points .Can anyone clear it up for me?

Do i need to fill up for everyone separete forms of i-130 ? So for my wife and my kid and two step kids i need to fill up four forms? Or just one for all?

Do I need to pay just one fee or separete fee for each individual?

Thanks in advance for you.

One I-130 for each human.

One filing fee (420) per I-130.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
