for me, it was the distance. for him, definitely patience!

I think it is the same way for me and my wife also, because i am out of patience with all of this and I know it is starting to effect her. This system is so unorganized

It was much harder when we were apart.

Now that we are together, the waiting for AOS isn't so bad.

great poll!

At this moment it is patience. I just saw my man 2 months ago, but the distance is horrible(the phone bills are a nightmare for me). He is the first thing on my mind when I wake up and the last when I go to bed each night. I would give anything to have him here with me.

I have said it a million times-If I could buy patience I would. I wasn't born with any, and I never knew how badly I needed it until now. I know we have a long road but once we are together, I won't mind the paperwork as much.

God I miss him :(

I know all about the phone bills being a nightmare. I was pacing myself and my phone bills were still coming out $400+ a month. I thought to myself that there had to be a better way than to spend so much on phone bills. Then I started using online prepaid phone cards and I have saved so much money that way because I know exactly how much i am spending on phone calls at the moment, instead of being surprised at the end of the month. Don't feel bad, I don't have a lot of patience either and it is putting a strain on our relationship, but thanks to my wife...she keeps the relationship in-tact, while i do all the leg work.

I miss her so badly

for me is both since he is in U.S and am here in PHilippines... they are both stressful and painful... he wants to visit us but it could be more harder for him to leave us again....

Yeah my wife is in the Philippines and I am stuck here in Florida. Thank God for Yahoo Messenger or I wouldn't even know what my wife looks like. I want to get her here as soon as possible (before I leave to IRAQ) but if not then I will come back to the Philippines to visit again. I like it there so i won't be that hard.

I agree. The waiting could drive a saint crazy, which I'm not

When you can't do much and all you have to do wait, is just.... beyond words :crying:

The distance is very difficult too, but at least you can go visit (if financially possible) or talking on the phone and hearing each others voice could help some.

That's what I say and I'm sticking with it

To me, it's hands down, no contest....................patience.

Because the distance can always be overcome. You can at least do somethings in that regards, by simplying buying a plane ticket and visiting. I know it's not something you can do so often, but still....the point is you can at least do something about it.

But , the waiting etc.......is much more frustrating, because there is nothing you can do to speed up the process. You are basically at their mercy, and the outcome is left up to them.

That makes it all the more nerve wracking and frustrating....because it is out of your control, whereas the distance, is not necessarily so.

For me both factors are same.

It is not easy to visit overseas frequently as well I have no control over processing time.

May lord help us all and we will reunite with our love ones soon. :crying::crying:
