If you haven't receive an REF since you file, probably your interview has been waived. Definately I would call them or get an infopass to speak to them in person.. Did you get your EAD?

Hey heaven93 I call the uscis yesterday they said my file has been transferred to my file office which is Atlanta. But right now they are working on April filers.

Can this be right my case transfer to my file office without a notice. No letter no updates.

I am so sorry for the delay, so many things going on with me but i guess they can do this because they did transfer my to Houston and i did not received any latter or nothing letting me know that they did transfer my filles to houston.

Our interview is tomorrow. We are going over everything today to make sure we have everything. We literally have a crate (rolling cart w/ wheels) of stuff. Crossing our fingers for tomorrow!

Anyone filling from Miami and still waiting for the interview? Our wait has been so long.

Adjustment of Status F1 Visa to Conditional Green Card

June 4th, 2013 - Filled for Adjustment of Status (F1 to Green Card).

June 5th, 2013 - USCIS received petition.

June 10th, 2013 - Received USCIS Acceptance Notification via text message and email.

July 10th, 2013 - Biometrics appointment.

August 22nd, 2013 - Received EAD card

July 31st, 2014 - Interview at Miami office - APPROVED

August 22nd, 2014 - Green Card received

Removal of Condition

May 11th, 2016 - Mailed out I-751 application

May 13th, 2016 - USCIS received I-751 application
