With only 2 more weeks I wouldn't worry too much about getting that EAD since you going to get the green card really soon.

So happy to get the Appointment letter for Interview on Sept. 12.

Guess they didn't totally screw up the paperwork and make me wait months!

What a relief!! Can't wait until the Interview!! Things moving smoothly once again thankfully!!

And congrats exogenesis on the EAD!

Did u receive the interview letter?? There have some sugestions about of documents. I was think to bring with me all the documents that have on the letter.

From what I've read some people bring a copy of their entire application packet, and also bring original documents like passports, birth certificates, etc. and their respective copies.

You'll also want to bring any evidence like copies of joint lease agreement, joint bank account, photos, etc.

The interview letter should provide information on anything else you should bring.

Good luck on your interview Gabyskis, I'm waiting too for my EAD to change status....Nothing, nothing....I still have 2 weeks and a half for my interview. Probably you wont even get the EAD. A Green Card is way better.

Good luck! I would be very anxious waiting for the interview.

My EAD is supposed to be arriving in the mail today, but I still have no interview date...

My wife's EAD was supposed to arrive yesterday, but the USPS tracking states:

"Mis-Shipped. Your item was misrouted by the shipper. The error has been corrected and every effort is being made to deliver it as soon as possible."

Hopefully we'll receive it in the next couple days...

On a higher note, nearly 7 weeks after receiving a "Testing and Interview" I-485 status update, our interview is scheduled for the 25th of September. Finally. :)
