Late June Filer here. Weird situtation right now in waiting for Interview letter again.

06/22/13 - Mailed I-130/I-485

06/26/13 - Package delivered to Chicago Lockbox

07/01/13 - Received email of acceptance of application

07/02/13 - USCIS returned Photos in package

07/03/13 - Checks cashed

07/06/13 - Received mail of I-797 Notice of Action Letters

07/12/13 - Received mail of Biometric appointment

07/19/13 - Successful walk in Biometric done!

08/04/13 - Received text & email about Interview date for Aug. 1?????

08/06/13 - Received mail of Appointment Letter for an Interview that is Scheduled for Aug. 1??????

08/07/13 - Received text & email about case being in Interview scheduling phase (website took off Appointment date of Aug. 1)

08/12/13 - Received email about Interview date (no text message this time)

08/12/13 - Received mail of Appointment Letter for Interview Sept. 12

08/13/13 - Received phone call from USCIS office (around 7:30am) to see if I received the Appointment Letter yet.

09/12/13 - Interview officer said we were approved!!!!

You might won't get one, since your interview will be in a couple of weeks. Green card is way better than the E A E.g.

Hi Gabyskis,

Most people receive approval of their EAD/AP approximately 60 days after their NOA1 (I-797 Notice of Action) receipt date (for some people it can take less than 60 days and for others it can take more than 60 days). It looks like, per your timeline, your NOA1 receipt date is June 17th or June 18th so you still have some days to go. I wouldnt start to worry until on or after August 17th, and even then, you would still be within the normal processing time because, per USCIS processing times, it can take up to 90 days. :-)

Hey guys.. Do you have any news?? I am a little worry, they did schedule my interview but my ead had no change status. And its been more then a month that i did the biometrics.mshould i be worry??

Mine has not changed either. By my timeline calculations, i should have heard something between the 2nd and 4th of Aug, nada!

I am not worrying too much as the GC trumps all that. And you would be getting yours in a few weeks.

I'm still waiting to receive an actual interview date, even though I received a notification about being in the "testing and interview" phase on July 8th. :(

I also haven't received an EAD/AP status update yet, either. Those are still showing the "Initial Review" status. ClockWatch2.gif

Should I be giving them a call at this point to ask about my interview date?

Wait a little more before u think to call them. I do not know to much about it. Someone told me the update on ead is usualy 2 months after u send the package..

Yes I did call them said they will reschedule a new appointment.

Surpisingly only took me 23mins the whole call was expecting to be on the phone for hours.

They told me I will have to wait and hear from them witin 30days.

I really hope I get another text and email with a date soon, this worries me they will push it back a few months when everything was going sooo smoothly and quickly before seems like Houston Office is pretty quick from what I see from other people's timeline.

The EAD was sent to "Card/Document Production" and the AP is in "Post Decision Activity." Hopefully that means the combo card will be mailed out any day now. :)

Congrats!!! I can't wait to get my EAD but still nothing change on that.. :/

With only 2 more weeks I wouldn't worry too much about getting that EAD since you going to get the green card really soon.

So happy to get the Appointment letter for Interview on Sept. 12.

Guess they didn't totally screw up the paperwork and make me wait months!

What a relief!! Can't wait until the Interview!! Things moving smoothly once again thankfully!!

And congrats exogenesis on the EAD!
