My PD is July 29. Today I received my hard copy of transfer to .....CSC......California Service Center !!!

Thank You Lord for a quick decision...

To all who are still waiting please know you are in my prayers

that you be united with your family quickly.

Your time is coming!!!

Congrats! Good to hear that because my PD is the same as yours and I am still waiting for the hard copy.

Maybe it's taking long because its shipping internationally...

I called last week and was told it was received on Jan 6th as well, and to wait 10 to 20 business days for a case number. Seems like our petitions may have been sent together?

Yeah looks like that.I am going to call again next week.Please let me know when you get your case #.

Haven't heard from uscis since they transferred my case to CSC 12/31..PD is 7/1/2013. Hate this waiting game :(

July 1 2013 i130 sent .NOA1

December 31 2013 transfered to CSC

January 31 2014 received an RFE

March 20 2014 RFE response

March 26 2014 Case Aproved ( finally) !!

April 1 2014 NOA2 hard copy received

Wow...13 days and APPROVED !!! Good News....Answered Prayer....

I am working on my NVC stuff now to get ready.

NVC receives case from USCIS

NVC assigns a case number, invoice ID number, and beneficiary ID number

Petitioner/Beneficiary receives numbers by calling NVC operator (603) 334-0700 Mon through Fri 7:00am to 12:00pm EST

Petitioner/Beneficiary gives both email addresses to an operator

Email opt-in - No need to call. Email response will confirm EP system enrollment

AOS track

NVC invoices the AOS bill

Petitioner pays the AOS bill

AOS bill appears as PAID

Send in AOS package

Respond to checklists, if any

IV track

Email or submit DS-261 (Choice of Agent form)

NVC accepts DS-261

NVC invoices the IV bill

Petitioner pays the IV bill

IV bill appears as PAID

Send in IV package

Submit DS-260 online (Immigrant Visa form)

Respond to checklists, if any

NVC completes the case once both packages (AOS & IV) are accepted

NVC puts the case in queue for an interview date to be scheduled

NVC schedules an interview date

NVC sends case out to consulate/embassy

I got my hard copy of my I130 approval today I wonder how long till I get a new cse number from NVC. I really home not as long as I had to wait for the I130 approval. And also what is the next step I'm trying to file for my husband
