I think that's really encouraging smile.png did you make a complaint to anyone - senator, ombudsman, etc?

I've been in contact (complaints and non-complaints) with my congressman's office for a month or two now. After 3 weeks of waiting from NOA2 to nothing from NVC, I emailed the office again and heard back today. Seeing as few others have seen notices from USCIS without congressional intervention, I would strongly encourage everyone to contact their senators and/or congressmen/women to inquire about the status of your cases.

Hmm... this is sooo confusing..

I just spoke with NVC representative and he said that my case just hasn't been uploaded into the system, try back in one day or by the end of the week. I started asking him if my file is there... he said - probably its here, just not uploaded in computer. Then I told him that there is a rumor that TSC is holding approved petitions for unknown time before sending it out to NVC. He said: hmmm.. never heard of that. Just gives a call back in a day or two and it will probably be in our system by then.

And each time I call, he asks questions like he has copy of my NOA2. What it says here and there..

Got the same message last night: Your Case Status: Post Decision Activity

On July 9, 2013, we shipped this approved or re-affirmed case to the Department of State for visa processing. For more information, please contact them directly.

For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.

I am wondering if its a good sign. Our NOA2 date is 06/20/13 and we never contacted anyone like our senator or congressman.

Guys, I used to read your forum everyday to see any improvement. I sent an inquiry to NVC on 6/24/2013, after long wait I got an answer from NVC saying: We received your inquiry regarding this petition:KLLXXXXXXXXX. Fiied Miss xxxxxx on behalf of Mr xxxxxxx. The NVC completed its processing of this visa petition, and forwarded it to the U.S consulate or embassy in Kuala Lumpur. Malaysia.

You must resubmit your inquiry or request, and all future correspondence to the U.S consulate or embassy in Kuala Lumpur, because this petition is no longer located at the NVC.

What Next? what about the I-134 or I-1864 story, I didn't hear it from them. I don't know the next stage, but I will try to contact the KL consular. do you have any further information that you can help me. Thanks guys I have got plenty of information from your forum and VJ in general.

Hi Everybody,

I got the same notice last night:

Post Decision Activity

On July 9, 2013, we shipped this approved or re-affirmed case to the Department of State for visa processing. For more information, please contact them directly.

For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.

My NOA2 date was June 18, and until now NVC has told me they haven't received my file. Like everyone else on here, their estimate went from 15 days to 8 weeks, which really just meant NVC had no idea when they would receive it. Hopefully now all of us who have been suffering through this intolerable delay due to this VSC->TSC transfer business will finally be having our applications sent out to the embassies so we can move forward. I've had it with all these ridiculous delays! ranting33va.gif

Guys I think these notices are a good thing...at least they say they're moving them on paper too. I have an NOA2 date of June 18 and didn't get any notification yet either. I've been in contact with congressman/senator but haven't heard back from them. Let's hope by the end of the week we all have this update notification and they get to the NVC. I highly recommend calling the DOS line to check on the petitions arrival at the NVC too. They are much more friendly and helpful on that line and I typically never have to hold...if so its on a matter or 1-3 mins. Good Luck to everyone!
