For the joint acct do I need to print all the pages or just the first one where it says our both names and the available balance?

Print the whole thing so it shows activity. I would not print every month, but one per quarter. Our UBS statements were 16 pages every month so I only sent in every quarter. It becomes quite a stack of paper even if you print on both sides.

I personally only ever submitted the first page, at every stage of my processes. I'll do the same with N-400 (take only the first page with me) because my first page shows activity anyway (money in vs money out for the month). I've never had a problem, but then I have lots of other evidence as well.

When I submitted my N-400 based on marriage, I did not include bank statements. During the interview, I brought one statement for each quarter over the past three years. To save ink at home, some of the statements only had the first page while the rest contained complete pages.

Below is from USCIS form: M-477 Document checklist. (Notice the word "or")


Documents referring to you and your spouse:

a. Tax returns, bank accounts, leases, mortgages, or birth certificates of children; or

b. Internal Revenue Service (IRS)-certified copies of the income tax forms that you both filed for the past 3 years; or

c. An IRS tax return transcript for the last 3 years.
