Guess you didn't see my timeline to see how long I have waited :). Congratulations on getting your case number at NVC. After you get invoiced, you can send in both your AoS and IV packages and expect a case complete within a month (or longer if you get checklists). Good luck!

There are immigration forums that mention I130 can be filed concurrently with I485 and AP,EAD documents with the PD current.

That means we should be able to file I485 and EAD, AP documents with pending I130.

"Priority dates for August have been released. The F2A category becomes current, meaning combined I-130/I-485 filings possible."

08/05/2013 (day 1) - Delivered to USCIS Chicago
08/08/2013 (day 4 ) - Received USCIS Acceptance Confirmation emails. Awaiting official receipt notice (Form I-797) in the mail.
08/08/2013 (day 4 ) - Check cashed
08/12/2013 (day 8) - Received 3 NOA's by mail (I-485, I-131, I-765)
08/16/2013 (day 12 ) - NOA for Biometrics appointement. Date set for 08/27/2013

08/21/2013 (day 17) - Succesful walk-in Biometrics
08/27/2013 (day 23) - Biometrics appointement (Original)
08/27/2013 (day 23) - I-485 status online changed to "testing & interview"

10/7/2013(day 63) - EAD in card production, I-131 approved
12/24/2013 - I-485 status showing the interview date.
1/23/2014 - Interview and GC production ordered

Yes thats correct. Just add a copy of your I-130 receipt when filing for I485, EAD and AP.

August 1, 2013...Thats when the August Visa bulletin goes into effect.... Good luck

I am on F1 status also..!

can i file I-485 with pending I-130 ? or should i wait till i get approval for I-130?

02/25/201;3: I-130 NOA 1
08/21/2013: I-130 transferred to Nebraska Service Center

10/07/2013: I -130 approved.

08/12/2013 : I-485, I-131, I-765 Packet sent.
08/15/2013: e-mail and text received from USCIS.
08/21/2013: received hard copy.
08/25/2013: received hard copy of biometrics for 09/13/2013.
08/27/2013: Done walk-in biometrics.
9/17/2013: I -485 status updated to testing and interview.

9/27/2013: I -485 status shows Interview date November 5th, 2013

10/11/2013: I-765 and I-131 got approved.

11/5/2013: Green card approved

11/5/2013: I -485 status shows card production.

11/5/2013: Status moved back to decision.

11/7/2013: I-485 status shows card production.

11/14/2013: Received green card for 10 years
