Yes Anyone whose i-130 was approved and the NVC has accepted all of their documents, they can be interviewed at any time actually, but beginning August they can be issued a visa b/c of the priority date being current for this f2a category starting in August.

Excuse me im new on this website and still hav abberations abt some concepts is tht evryone With completed case means those with all papers sent to nvc or wht exactly im case f2a n we jst gt approval this month thx

Well

You can't begin to deal with the NVC until the NOA2 is issued to you. NOA2 means your i-130 is approved. After it is approved it will take few weeks for the NVC to start your process. You can not send the NVC any documents before they ask for them. Don't bother doing that it will only further delay your case. They will send you instructions or to your husband and you have to follow those instructions. There are some short cuts which can reduce the time frame by about a few days or weeks - but if you are not sure about the entire process just follow their instructions.

Thank u so so so much shabbera here i start,to understand honestly i was hibernatin not to know tht such website exists my husband is so buzy and dsn t explain tht much.we still did nt send papers to nvc cuz my husbnd still waiting fr this paper of noa2 at his mailbox yet

both of you ,means you and your joint sponsor must to fill i 864 .

Sep 2011: I-130 sent

Sep 2011: Priority date

24 May 2013: NOA2(after 606 days: 20 months)

NVC:

31 May 2013: enter into NVC Building,

10 Jun 2013: Case number received,

12 Jun 2013: DS-3032 sent Via E-Mail,

15 Jun 2013: AOS bill received and paid,

22 Jun 2013: DS-3032 accepted,

25 Jun 2013: IV bill received and paid,

11 July 2013: IV & AOS package sent,

7 AUG 2013: IV accepted

7 AUG 2013: checklist for AOS Packages

14 AUG 2013: responding to AOS checklist

12 SEP 2013: Case completed,(after 105 days)

19 SEP 2013 : receive e-mail notification about case completion,

3 OCT 2013 : getting interview letter

30 NOV 2013 : interview day ...

Saludos, somos de Colombia también, F2A y nuestro PD es 26/04/2011. Ya estamos con caso completado y esperando cita. Tambien llamamos y nos dicen que hay que esperar a que la embajada solicite los documentos. Ojala todo salga pronto con el favor de Dios.
