Congrats, What was your RFE for and when did you send your RFE, I had RFE for submit intend to marry in 90 days and they received it on may 21, Im still waiting for decision.

My RFE was for Circumstances of Meeting and Last Personal Meeting. Here's the exact wording:

REQUIREMENT THAT PETITIONER AND BENEFICIARY HAVE MET IN PERSON:It must be established that the petitioner, [petitioner's name] and beneficiary, [beneficiary's name] have met in person and/or have been in each other's physical presence at any time during the two years immediately preceding the filing of this petition.

• Circumstances of Meeting - Submit information regarding the circumstances under which the petitioner and beneficiary met to establish the relationship.

• Last Personal Meeting - The petitioner and the beneficiary must meet in person between [Date] and [Date]. Submit evidence of meeting the beneficiary in person within the two-year period preceding the filing of the petition. Primary evidence may include airline ticket stubs and receipts (that indicate month, day, and year); copies of passport pages that show the identification page and admission stamps, military order(s), letter from Commanding Officer, or any evidence that will help the USCIS to determine that the petitioner has met the beneficiary within the last two years. Secondary evidence may include film-dated photographs of the petitioner and beneficiary together. The following DOES NOT constitute evidence of meeting: disc, videos, emails, letters, phone bills, and greeting cards.

In response to the RFE, I sent:

• a copy of my RFE
• a cover letter describing the contents of the RFE reply (similar to the I-129F cover letter)
• a page description on the circumstances of establishing the relationship, such as how we met, when we met, and how often we kept in contact after being apart
• copies of all pages of my passport, highlighting the dates and locations on the passport stamps
• copies of plane tickets, highlighting dates and locations

NOA1: 11/5/12

RFE: 5/13/13

RFE review status change: 5/23/13

RFE approval/NOA2: 6/4/13

So, it took 13 days from RFE review to get approved. California Service Center.
