I filed out I-864EZ, is this version okay?

"OMB No. 1615-0075; Expires 03/31/2015"

I want to file that one too...but I don't know where to get the old version of it..as we need to send the old version..since nvc is having problems with the new forms. Am asking around and hopefully get someone that does have the old form.

I sent message to USCIS in facebook , explaining to them the issue ,

any body has the same issue contact USCIS and NVC

But im just afraid if I send them the old form and then they do start processing the new form they will tell me I need the new form.

I am finished with all of this paper work and my wife will soon be here, I just uploaed the older i-864 file here as an attachment in case others wanted to use it.

Just called the NVC nothing new the forums are put on hold I don't know what to do I hate this

is it ok to send both new and old version of I864 forms? Coz i didnt mail my aos packet yet.... just to make sure that they will process my aos without holding?

and then

'once we figure out what to do, we will notify your agent of choice'
