Comments : Error found on wife's Birth Certificate. Waiting for Correction of error to be finished, should be finished sometime Feb. 2012 - March 2012.

Finally The court approved My wife's Birth Date correction and sent to NSO March 2012. Now waiting for it to be added to NSO records.

My Wife's father passed away in March. I flew there to attend the funeral and spend a couple weeks with my wife and her family.

Finally in December 2012 documents corrected and on file and things starting to move now, FINALLY.

Never Received an I-864 Package from NVC.

Never Received an IV Instruction Package from NVC.

At May 2, 2013 Interview the consular officer told my wife they could not process her visa as they did not have her Hong Kong Clearance.

Received an email that they found my wife's Hong Kong Clearance on May 9, 2013.

Visa issued May 15, 2013.

Visa received by 2GO on May 18, 2013.
