Thank you this makes me feel better :) I've seen the others who got approved had reached out to their congressman/senator and I was losing a little bit of hope that the rest of us are being forgotten.

When I saw the couple who got approved at 3 months within days of reaching out to their senator I was ranting33va.gif but was happy for them regardless since they have been very supportive of others beforehand.

Totally. I'm so sick of seeing "Initial Review" that I feel like I'll never be able to hear that phrase again in my life without cringing, haha!

I didn't reach out to my congressaman\senator yet and I'm still waiting. I'm a 12/10 filler and still no news!!!!! I'm about to read info on how to reach and get more info from this people to see what's going on..

Any quick advice on how to do it faster?

Congrats to those who have received approvals. I just received an email from my congressman saying he heard back from TSC and my case has not yet been assigned an adjudicator but that it should happen "soon". NOA1 of Dec 20th. Looks like they are going SOMEWHAT in order with our cases.

Odd that ours has been assigned one and yours hasn't yet. :/ I can only imagine it's because of the amount of congressional enquiries about our case and the fuss our representative has made for us.

Here is something interesting.

I just got back from my local office on an infopass.

3 weeks ago, they did a service request for me. I havent recieved it yet in the mail and they say that it should come in 2 weeks.

SO I go to the window and explain this and she scans my paper work jumps up to the copy machine and hand delivers a copy for me.

Why is it that the local office have better information center than the USCIS customer service center!!!!!

The service request did not tell me anything new.. :(

I dont take drugs.. but for the first time in my life I want an zanex LOL
