So it wad crazy!

An advice, go ahead and do stuff, go to gym, walk to the mall, go to walmart... Take ur head out of this bs...

It worked for me...

I think majority of december filers that got transfered had to wait 6 months and a half... Maybe thats what it is... Texas timeline i mean...

Idk! I will pray for you guys millios of times today and next week!

You guys are like family already!

God bless

Guys seriously.. Look at Igors.. not the receipt numbers.. You'll see the pattern if you set it to show ALL petitions sort them by NOA 1 date and you will see the "groupings"

I'm the 11th of Jan and no one on the 10th or 11th is approved but many on the 17th of jan are...

Look through all of Dec and Jan and you will see the pattern.. It's almost like you can TELL which worker(s) have which stack.. lol

~ Jan ??,2013 ~ Service Center ~ Vermont I-129F Packet sent

NOTE: Actual sent date unknown due to lawyer negligence - I delivered ALLForms and PAID Lawyer on Nov 7, 2012 - Lawyer kept saying he sent the packet and USCIS must have lost it. When in reality he failed to send the package and only a new copy to USCIS after I made a legal written demand giving him 10 days to perform or return ALL monies paid to him, due to "non-performance".

(IMO it's better to save your money for visits to or from your Fiancé and just fill it out yourself using the K-1 Guide on VJ and Senior Members... They Rock!!!)

The numbers that matter are the last 5 because the first EAC139013#####.

Mine starts with EAC13901336###

So i guess they are going for 36... But i dont think they follow any order... Or they try but it might be other factors that makes them go faster for some people and slower for others... Who knows...

Maybe the way we packeged it... The way it looks, the smart the officer can be...

Just keep being positive! I lost positivenes on wednesday and look now.

You might see it imposible but trust me is npt!!

Hugs!!!

Agreed. Perhaps no particular order. 1026 was approved and 1028 was approved. Both were I-129F's. I am 1027. Waaaaaaaahhhhhh!

That makes a lot of sence... I dont think they spend that much timd with our papers... Although we did spend a lot of time putting it together for them not to pay attention to it, but hey! If that is taking them less time! Throw it to the trash! I dont care!!!

This could be a possibility if they are low on their production for the day. There is an interview with an ex-USCIS employee on here, and he said that they were required to do at least 12 a day. The K1 or Cr1 with kids was a good one since once the parent was approved the child general fell right in line. Though you can't hate the worker for it, since he/she is just doing what the system is telling them to do. It needs to be reworked and retooled.

Yay congratulations to all approved tonight! It warms my heart to see these approvals come in, and it makes me sad for those still waiting. One more day left of this week. Let's see them all finished!

Thank you for the well wishes. Still patiently waiting. I am all out of amo. Did a service request thru a tier 2, contacted my congressman office and contacted Ombudsman. All 3 i received fair responses that my case would either be expedited, looked into now and processing now. So i am stuck here waiting. soon running out of the patience, Want that NOA2 so bad....

Good Afternoon. As a fellow Applicant and VM member who got transferred to Texas here is my update. My file was finally touched and my case status was changed to Request For Evidence. My Fiancé's divorce documents needed translation (#######...stupid miss on my part).

Anyways...I just sent back 2-day certified. I am hoping that is all they needed. I was more excited to actually get anything back.

Has any DEC-Jan filers returned an RFE yet? If so, How long did it take for your case update?

I will answer these question on this forum when I have my own personal answers....for anyone else in my boat.

BTW: This has got to be the most popular forum on VLJright now.

  • BTW BEWARE: My RFE was sent to the wrong address. I changed my address a few month after initial application submission. I reported the address change to USCIS and received Change of Address acknowledgement at my NEW address. All correspondence from USCIS has come to my new address.....EXCEPT the RFE was sent to my OLD address. Good thing the old landlord is a family member otherwise that RFE would have been lost.
