Embassy Review : Fri,Sept 13th was our interview. He arrived at the embassy 30 min before his appointment which was for 9:30am.First, they took his fingerprints, next they took his documents, then he paid the visa fee, he waited about 2 hours and then was interviewed. As he far as he can remember, the officer asked him the following questions below?

How we met?
Where she lives? And does she live in a big house?
What makes you want to be with her?
What she does for a living?
If i send him money?
How we communicate with each other?

The officer also looked over our photos and phone logs and gave it back to him. And POOF, he was approved and asked if he has the DHL printout.

The following week Wed, the embassy called my fiance to come back to the embassy. The officer forgot to inform my fiance to sign a paper in front of him. SO he had to Travel back to Kingston from Mobay.

Just a suggestion for all those upcoming interviews. If you are sending a binder to your fiance, no need to frontload. Give him/her the basics which is required on your checklist. And then proof of evidence.

Wish everyone the best of luck, if you need assistance or advice. Feel free to message me.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
