wow - so many NJ couples! smile.png hi there! I haven't yet..I was going to check in with my attorney on it and see what he thought..but even if i did, I'd probably wait a month or so..I think it's a bit early for my case.

I think you are right on the grass is always greener! I don't understand how VSC is moving onto Feb and March and you weren't transferred and stil in Jan?

I am the US Citizen and he is the Brit. Same for you?

I am the brit and he is the USC....its funny so many women on this forum..i think its because we are more relational and like to socialise with one another?

I am pretty confidant he'll be with you by Septemeber. Has he sent off for his police certificate yet? and got a copy of his vaccinations?

Hi guys! Fellow NJ filer here. I am an avid reader but not poster...but I really appreciate all of you that update us daily and give encouragement! Luckily I am living with my fiance in the foreign country, I cannot imagine what you guys who are separated are going through. Stay strong!

I have contacted both senators Lautenberg and Menendez and received no response. (Lautenberg I can understand seeing as he just passed.)

Have any of you received a response from NJ senators office?

Also in NJ. Somerset County. A lot of NJ couples here.

thats really true. More and more NJ couples smile.png (monmouth county). Got a question: On our Vermont hardcopy it states NOA1 Dec6 and on the hardcopy of the transfer it states receipt date dec5. Does that mean Noa1 dec5 or that they just got it dec5??

i think they put us in sistem on 5 dec , couse we are in the 6k case numbers , and sent our NOA on 6 dec. When i checked numbers in their webside , the apl recieved on 6 dec are in 8k numbers. From 5k to 8k are recieved on 5 dec 12. This means that they had over 3000 appl on that day. Which is a lot

Just got off the phone with my senators office and he said they told him I was approved today!

I haven't got a text, email, or update on the web site yet. I'll keep you guys posted.

I was just so excited I had to share.

Which senator are you using? (I'm from Atlanta, too) I have been in contact with a rep from Isakson's office for the past week and he couldn't really tell me anything about my case yesterday, just that it was pending and I should know something within 45 days. Isakson's peeps have been very supportive, just seems like they are getting generic answers from TSC as well, at least from what I have experienced.

Congratulations, and I hope you get more of a notification soon! :)

I was in touch with Isakson's office and Congressman Gingrey's office (I live in his district).

Both were helpful, but yes did get generic answers. Until their latest inquiry this week lead to the response that they wouldn't answer our questions since it had been approved.

And I just got the official notification email as I was typing this message! So it's official, an approval from Texas!!!!
