Got a RFE because a letter of intent was not submitted by the both of us.. I thought the petitioner sends a letter of intent with the I129F form and the benefactor at the interview. Can someone please clarify?

Both letter of intents have to be submitted with I-129F, as well as new ones have to be prepared for the interview for both people.

yes! the letter of intent is from both of us...I mean 1 per person and you should submmited with your k1

I sent in only one letter of intent, from myself. I had nothing signed by my fiancee whatsoever. It got approved without any RFE, and approved at interview (we submitted a ton of evidence for the interview).

With that said, you are supposed to have two letters of intent, one from each of you.

I only sent one letter for myself also..and just got approved on May 21st! I guess it depends on who works on your case.

I actually called USCIS about it and asked if I could sign the G-325 for my fiancee. They said it was fine. I signed my own name on it and they accepted it.

You need one original letter from both with petition and at interview.

You need to send 2, one with petition and then another one with updated date for interview.

Make sure both letters have ORIGINAL signature!

Both of you should submit a letter of intent at I-129F petition, then another one (updated, to show you guys haven't changed your minds) from both of you for the interview. And yes, with original signature as Ale&Nick said.
