11 months is still extremely long just for the NOA2. I'm not happy about this at all....

Absolutely correct 11 months is extremely long, but it was 16.6. The next time they change I think it will continue to get shorter. If Overland Park was not processing as of Aug 31st, then their processing is not appearing in the estimate. So once it is, the projected and actual time should continue to decrease.

Its so frustrating that when you opened this forum no one had a goodnews... because im hoping when someone posted that they got NOA2 others will be next or ill be the next. My husband already missed our son's first step, first word and first dance. I wish I can just use my son's US passport going to US..lol

march 2 2015 sent aos and iv package
march 8 i emailed nvc request to expedite my case
march 13 approved expedite request
march 17 in transit status in CEAC
march 19 case file at US embassy
march 23 first day of medical at Slec
march 29 personal evaluation...passed!
April 6 immunization
april 13 interview at USEM. under Administrative Processing Reason; Medical result was still not forwarded by SLEC.
After my interview i called SLEC they told me they forwarded it at USEM same day of my interview.
July 29 I emailed SLEC to confirm again when did they forwarded my Medical Result at USEM. They replied...forwarded April 13.
July 30 status update date change FINALLY.
September 2015 went in US embassy to withdraw my passport coz I've waited for how many months and no approval yet. Only to find out my case file has been sitting in the corner ...no one reviewed my medical result. to make the story short, I took medical again for the second time , then after a my medical result released, I have my visa on my hands.

October 28 2015 POE Sam Francisco
November 7, 2015 SSN
December 2015... 10 year green card arrived
December 2015 Driver's license issued..yay! <p>

I know I can understand ur frustration. Infact we all can. Everyone is going thru the same feelings! Frustration anger hopelessness anxiety :| too overwhelming!

NOA2 finally- 4-23-2014

NVC received- 5-7-2014

Just spoke to a May filer (Raven Lotus).

Took him 5 months to get approved.

No expedite, no calling uscis.

Took my baby's I-130 little over 4 months (june filer), even if it was probably approved faster because of less background checks.

I believe approvals are on the rise, waiting times are getting ( a lot )shorter.

08/15/2013 Sent a letter to the NBC/MSC regarding Expedite

10/15/2013 Case approved, Notice mailed

11/xx/2013 Received NOA2 hardcopy

processing timeframe for i130 (@NBC) is Oct 1st 2012 .... yayyy \o/ (being sarcastic)
