Some told my fiance that he can be denied his visa due to the fact he is a little underweight. Is this true? I cant seem to find the answer for him anywhere!

Weight classification is not a requirement for immigration, therefore he cannot be denied.

We have not received anything yet except for our NOA1. It seems he heard this from a friend. We are glad to here this and thanks for responding!

the only "person" you need to worry about hearing from is the USCIS.. nothing else..

NO, its not true. As long as he passes his medical exam, it will be ok.

i don't think it will be a big deal with them. beside the US government are more concern to over weight people than under weight happy.png

plus, as soon as he got here in the US, i'm pretty sure he will gain more weight.
