May 2013 filers

Hi!

I was following the April group since my fiancé sent the I-129F package on Aprils 24th and the USPS website showed it was delivered 2 days later.

Since we received the NOA1 on May 1st, we are officially the first May filers!

Anyone else out there who got their NOA1 since Wednesday?

What Is the date on you noa1 typically it comes a couple days after the noa1 date so you may still be in April

Please could anyone tell me if it doesn't matter if you include cell phone log? but other communication is included there in the file...that's only thing wasn't included before sent out. thanks

My fiancé just got the hard copy NOA 1 today. It seems we are April filers after all! but I'm still going to keep an eye on both April and May groups as our receipt date is April 30th.

Cell phone log isnt of much importance to your application, you'll unlikely get denied because of it, just hopefully you included other communication and proof of relationship

I sent our I-129F on 5-02-13 and just got USPS Delivery Confirmation on 5-06-13, so maybe NOA1 by the end of this week or early next week?

Sent our I-129F package on MAy 1st (the day after I came back from visiting my fiance) and we just got the NOA1 email confirmation today. So excited! It may be a long wait, but it's less stressful to me than before. Now each day is a day less. Progress, right?

Looking forward to sharing this (albiet slow) journey with you all! Hopefully they pick up the pace a bit and get out of the slump.

Hey there we got ors off on the same day as yours on the 05/02/2013 by next day delivery USPS. We checked the tracking and it said it was delivered to Dallas lockbox on 05/03/2013 signed by a T Grimett. We are now waiting for Noa1 as well. We sent the payment via a money order so I don't know how to check if it got cashed yet. I hope it gets accepted as its now going on day 5 and nothing yet. From what I have read on this website it seams there is a average wait of between 3-10 days before noa1 is sent.

We are probably going to be re-directed to the Vermont centre.

Let us know how things go with you application so we can see the differences in processing times of the 2 centres as I have heard Vermont centre takes forever to process you probably get through quicker than us .

If you get noa1 pls post the date and I will do the same.

Hey everyone! Sent off our 129 packet on the 5th to Dallas. I included a check so I'll keep you guys posted as well. Patience is a virtue they say.

Hey since you guys got your notice of action 1 and you sent it a day before us I guess we should hear tomorrow hopefully. Keep us posted on how it goes.

Hi all

We just got Noa1 a few hours ago my fiance text me.hooray now the waiting begins. We filed on the 05/02/2013 and it arrived at dallas lock box on the 05/03/2013 Noa1 on 05/08/2013 .I told him to keep a eye out for the hard copy in the mail. I asked him if he had a receipt number in the text but he said he didn't see anything. Anyone able to tell me if the number comes in the text or do we need to wait for the snail mail to come?
