ohh i am so sorry this happened to you hopefully you find someone who is able to give you an extra informations about your case...but apparently it looks like if they are not trying to leak out informations and what happening exactly in there and not to make our hopes higher but our faith is by god and oneday everyone from us will see that bright day by a approval so we can join our mates and live as happy as anybody in this world....and this is not something easy to go through it is so hard especially if it links by our other halfs living abroad but it worth struggling and ebing patient for that other half to join us to be a perfect one goofy.gif i am hoping for everyone who joined their mates and the ones who are still waiting a happy life ...rolleyes.gif

I called to day to find out what I could. Talked to a tier 2 person and asked about my pending I130. He told me that it can take from 6 months to a years just for the application approval. So I asked why is it that some approvals are happing with 3 months?, he says " oh no thats not happening". I told him that there are some cases that I know about and it has happened and Im just trying to get some answers about processing times for NBC. His response was...." I told you six months to a year and have a good day" and he hung up. Really? That was so professional!! I see it this way, we are dealing with some freaking clowns that is treating us like we are asking for something for free. This is not cool at all, but I shall call back tomorrow and hopefully get somebody that has knowledge and professionalism.

They always say 6 months to a year to Cover their Butts. I also mentioned that I know of some cases that have been approved pretty quick... some in 3 months. He actually laughed at me and told me I am totally wrong and stated it never happens like that. He also told me not to believe ANYTHING I read on the internet. They read off a script and they DO act like we are asking for something for free... I think its ridiculous how long we ALL have to wait and the price we pay. Don't get me started on the immigration reform they are trying to pass. GOOD LUCK TO ALL....

Oh one more thing I was also told by this same person that NBC is also transferring files to CSC.

Makes me assume they have no idea what they are doing....

You'll find the quick timelines are either for military about to be deployed or people who filed from abroad who do not have a local field office. NBC itself is fast. Local field offices can be slow.

As far as I can tell it doesn't mean anything in particular. I honestly think it means they're making sure your I-129F and I-130 are together for the k3. Which means no K3.

I'm gonna try to research who was the last person to actually GET a K3.

Alas, that's only I-129F related, you've filed it in hopes of chasing a K-3 visa. You should really ignore all stuff about the I-129F unless there's an RFE.

I got my NOA2 in 66 days.. But this was a miracle. No expedites and nothing special. I am thinking they grabbed it as a training file or something. Those's of us approved before 3 months are outside the norm..... and should not be looked at as normal process. Also remember VJ's are just a small sample of the cases at the USCIS. My lawyer was actually shocked that we were approved that fast. He said he never seen a case approved before 4 months.

3/5/2013 - Told file may have been "misplaced" to email NOA2 to NCVresearch
3/7/2013 - ISO at the USCIS opened a service request to try to track down
if and when the file was shipped. Should hear something before 3/26 ( so she said)
