Yay, yet another one! Congrats! kicking.gif

Have you actually called USCIS to know if the case has been sent yet?

Depends on how busy Cuba is...

Yes i called last week and they opened a request and said i should hear something in ten days. Both USCIS or NVC dont know where my file is but i am hoping it get resolved fairly quickly i have waited a rediculous amount of tim already with an NOA2 approval in 407 days.

So I sent my ds-3032 email april 19th, but they took a lil bit too long for me so i resent it and added the supervisor review part...they responded within an hour...A few mins ago just got the invoice for the IV bill...so things are moving along...hubby and I are hoping to have the AOS and IV packet ready to be sent off by mid may...thanks Saylin...great advise on here!!

Yay for progress!

u think a supervisor in the nvc can give me a good time frame

I highly doubt it. Have you tried contacting the embassy itself?

Question....my police certificate was issued January 2nd 2013. My interview date is June 4th 2013 (technically this is only 5 months later-I think UK Police certificate are valid for at least 6 months) I'm not sure if I should get a new police certificate for the interview? Is it better to get another to be safe?

Wow, congrats! kicking.gif

Quick question....Just got the 'official' email through with all my interview information (woohoo). It says on it ''applicant must bring his/her medical results to interview in an envelope sealed by medical office' When I went for my medical in London they kept everything and were going to pass it on to the London embassy. Does that statement just apply to medical offices who don't forward on the medical results for you?

Cat

I'm assuming that's just a generic response and not country-specific. Some countries give the medical results, others send it directly to the embassy.

Based on the delays people are having their petition received at NVC....many people have seen weeks delay, but keep in mind National Benefits Center approval are lot faster compared to timelines shown in the USCIS processing times.

Here is the attached flowchart with reasons for delay (based on my own research for informational purposes only)

Yay. Maybe I'll call when I get home from work.

YES! Def call! Maybe we will have the same interview date! Mine is scheduled for 8am. I wonder if they schedule so many people at the same time, or how that works?!

First come, first serve. If you get there early and get in first, then you'll be the first one called up.
