Yup! Do you have Case Complete? You never know....I was actually expecting mid June. I'm one of the first UK lot with a June interview so I reckon there are still lots of slots! smile.png Have hope - there's definitely time! smile.png

WHERE are my manners... CONGRATS on your interview date :)

No case complete yet... any day I hope! I just needed some good news today. Maybe tomorrow eh? :)

Thanks, that's not too long compared to waiting for the great USCIS to send file to NVC, which has been taking 6-8 weeks, and imagine, NVC tells you to wait another 15-20 business days for them to create the case number :-)

I know, but as the end seems to approach, you want things to go quicker!

To add to what Darnell said... local office adjudicated my i130. They told it was approved and even sent a makeshift NOA2 to me (not the official one, a weird field office one full of typos). But the field office did NOT sent it to NVC, they sent it back to NBC/MSC.... NBC/MSC then issued the official NOA2, updated the website, and forwarded to NVC.

So if a local office handled there are few extra places for it to get delayed...

That is nice to know because i was also approved at a local office and my file has not arrived at NVC yet and it has been one month already. I am guessing another two weeks before it does.
