I think it would be a good idea to higlight the petition's heading as I could find no reference to I 129f in the listed the whole 149 petitions let alone the Immigration section....Also it should be shown whether beneficeries can sign or not as this gives false hope to them.

Who can do this? Must be US citizen?

When i try to create an account to sign it it asked me for zip code

When it asks you for zip code, enter your US Citizen Fiance(e)'s zip cope.

it wont be listed on the White House Petition page until it gets 150 signatures hopefully by days end

Signed, shared, and posted on President Obama's facebook page on any post dealing with immigration. I think it'd be a good place to get supporters if we continuously post the link to the petition on his posts.

I am happy that people are taking action however if we are to succeed we need to plan this out and think about how we will do achieve 100,000 signatures. I will open up a new topic for brainstorming on how we can achieve 100,000 signatures to bring the time back to 5 months for the I-129f fiancee visas. In the meantime here are some suggestions.

-We need a plan of action for these petitions. We start one and then ask everybody to sign it in a month.

Any company or organization doing an event or advertising for a show advertise or spread the word before

the actual date. What we need to do is to drum up the support of 100,000 signers then open the petition.

-We need to create a facebook group page for this "movement" and promote on facebook, and all other social media

-Even though we are not an organization we need a name for ourselves. We need to all organize into one group

and give ourselves an identity to present to the general public. Maybe we go so far as assigning leaders.

If we do not have a cohesive name that we can present to people then the public will not pay us any heed.

-We need a website and we need a video and we need a logo. We need a mission statement. We need a slogan.

-We need media ie: pictures, videos etc... and we need to create a blog where couples can post what they feel like

and about how much harships they endure by waiting.

I hope this gets everyone thinking and please contribute your ideas on this topic i started here

Thank you very much for creating this petition! I just signed it and shared it on my Facebook (I have 1,449 friends) so hopefully we can do some damage if we all do our part by spreading the word...I'm sure we can reach 100,000 in no time :yes:
