Ever hear of a Consular Report of Birth Abroad? Out of wedlock children with a US citizen father are eligible for citizenship, even when born abroad.

3/2/18  E-filed N-400 under 5 year rule

3/26/18 Biometrics

7/2019-12/2019 (Yes, 16- 21 months) Estimated time to interview MSP office.

Can you postpone the interview perhaps? Once you get the visa you will have i think 6 months to enter the US. But also remember that registering the baby as a us citizen abroad will take some time and you might want to let the baby have his/her first vaccinations before flying. So taking all that in consideration your fiancé and baby might not get here until beginning of next year.

You can maybe get it all done without postponing the interview- interview in mid July, baby born in mid November, still gives two months to get CRBA done, but I agree with previous comments- try to postpone the interview 2-3 months to give yourself more time.
