Husband got white slip temporary refusal..Joint Sponsor is underlined in red.. why I meet the criteria!! Husband also say the man only ask 2 question look at the photo book.. Ask for money transfer and said she has not sent much and not in a long time and then gave him the slip..Money transfers I don't and have never been asked by my husband to send him anything.. I do put credits on his phone cause it's cheaper for me to go online to ezetop then for him to purchase in Jamaica. So I need this stuff and have to email for a interview date via KingstonIVAppointment@state.gov.. Any info is appreciated

1. When you say you meet the criteria. What do you mean? Why would they ask for a joint-sponsor? Do you have steady income all 3 years or just currentl? Are you just at the guideline or well above that has alot to do with if they accept you as sponsor.

2. Your husband gave her a money transfer receipt. If you never sent him money than who were they talking about? I am confused?

3. What stuff is it you need?

For our embassy, they want taxes, W-2's for two years, paystubs for 6 months, and employment letter.

Do you think that's what it is..That somehow NVC sent Kingston the incorrect I-864

and not the New one that NVC requested we correct or provide Joint sponsor financial.

for 6 dependents it says 39,487.. I don't understand why they would ask for a joint sponsor.. I do know a error was made and corrected on the I-864 filing..God knows this journey has been more than hard.. Every turn devil tries to put obstacles in the way..Jesus I need you.. We had so much evidence 100 and 100 of papers proving this relationship..

It's just ####### he had tuns of evidence that the officer would not look at..

That's sad. IMO, that evidence should have been submitted with the DS-230 during NVC doc intake, as it'd get added to the casefile and the Vice-Consul can review it prior to interview day.

ON INTERVIEW day , is not the time to present evidence that overcomes red flags. Now you are on a different path and must submit what they asked for, in the exact process outlined. Sure, it hurts nothing to add more for this next submission.

Good luck to you, however it turns out.

Boss, how sure can I be that ALL the front loaded documents that I submitted to USCIS for the I-130 part (picture albums, affidavits) will actually make it to the CO at the post?

I know darnell (Boss) has mentioned and I sure did it at the suggest of a NVC supervisor. I sent in more evidence and also included my petition again. I have read and been told that USCIS doesnt NOT send everything all the time to NVC. So to caution on the side of being fully prepared my 900 pages plus original 219 I-130 petition was included in my DS-230.
