Hi, don't worry much. When the Ap process will finish the embassy will inform again to submit the Passport. Ap has no time limit it can be for some days to months i will advise you to check your country portal to know how long the Ap can go in your country.Prey to God. My CR1 is also on Ap its going to be four months.

YoU MiGHt WanT To CHECK your KEYboard because it SEeMS there is some ProBLEM.

His visa isn't in A P but the case is. This is common in Morocco. You wont be able to find out how long this might take. It could be weeks or it could be months. More likely months but no one can say for sure.

what is the Chance Of Getting Denied or Approved ?

AP is not a denial, it is for further background checks. My husband was in AP for 10 weeks, he was approved at the interview pending AP, the CO just said they had to check his background more. They gave him back his passport and at the end of AP in 10 weeks they emailed and asked him to send the passport, he had his visa in hand 4 days after sending the passport.

There's honestly nothing you can do but wait. I'm sorry that this wasn't the answer you were looking for, but it seems like most men from Morocco are put into AP. Hopefully it will be fast.
