Quick question - as far as sending the paper do I need to use paper clips for bigger bulk of papers or just put them all in order(Which they are)and send them?

I've heard people do either. Personally what we did, we included a checklist listing everything included in the envelope in the exact same order it was put together, and we also marked each set of documents (e.g. lease documents, bank statements, insurance statements etc.) individually with post-its, so that the Case Officers can hopefully tell where a set of documents finishes and where the next one starts. I know other people have used paper clips, and nobody has said they had any problems by doing that. So it's entirely up to you how you want to organize your material to make it easier for them. Just don't staple anything.

Thank you Christi, my current bundle has Post-it on every section of doc/evidence and also a paper clip holding them together except for our tax papers which is like over 185 pages it too big for a paperclip and hence I was curious. I sure ill take your advise "NO STAPLE" checked that! ;-)

lol, I think my total number of pages are at about 230 but we dont have any pictures.. just dont get enough time to take pictures..even though I do photography on the side as my business..lol

What tax papers are you talking about? Joint tax returns? Tax transcripts are fine and preferred, actually. 185 pages of one piece of evidence is a bit much, IMHO. I can't imagine them being very happy with having to read through all those pages.
