Hello Everyone,

can you add me to the list? I'm not sure of my date... I received the NOA1 for I-130 on 5/29.. but I sent in the I-130 on 4/13... so a whole month without anything from USCIS.. =( The USCIS website has the "we have received your I-130 application on 4/27"... so you can say I have 3 different dates, lol...

I should be under 4/27 =)

I am so happy. I finally got a touch today. Im hoping they will approve it soon. And Im going to Germany in two weeks to see my pookie. Hopefully when I return I have a approval notice waiting for me in the mail box. Thank you GOD :innocent:

My I-130 was approved today August 16. Kindly update... thanks!

Now I am in dilemma... both my I-130 and K-3 was approved... how will I know if my I-130 will push through? Since I believe USCIS hold the approved I-130 if you filed for K-3 right.

Hopefully NVC works in your favor, and remember I think there is a way to push the I-130 through, but I think it is a $200 fee or what not.

For some reason my time line estimate jumped back a few weeks in the beggining of the week now it is more than a month ahead. Is it really true that I should be expecting something this week or am I getting my hopes up for nothing just to be let down again? I am really pushing to get her here for the holidays no matter what. Before I wanted the CR1, but now the K-3 is fine with me too. It isn't like she is making any real money over there anyways, so if she doesn't work for a while it is fine, I just need her here.

Thanks hh. Well since the NVC schedules the interview with my embassy I knew that they would do it the second week of August. If we had missed it, we would've had to wait until the second week of September. I just called and they told me the date over the phone. ^_^

ji119: Was hoping that both cases would be sent to Manila US Embassy.. since our embassyis also known to have delays in scheduling...

I wanted to go via the CR-1 route frankly since I K-3 didn't get me to US sooner than expected and I would have to go the hassle of AOS when I go for K-3...

But I guess if NVC would work on my benefit and process the CR-1 too.

I guess CSC is moving now so the reason why your timeline jumped back... well I am wishing you all the best so that you can unite with your wife soon.
