Hello VJers,

We filed for her AOS along with EAD & AP August 8th and got our EAD/AP card on October 15th. However, there is no sign of the green card (AOS approval or any updates). We are going to be in seven months tomorrow? I think the application is in national benefits center or something like that.

Just wanted to anyone was out there in the same boat? or anyone has any suggestions? Should we contact our Senator or something like that?

Appreciate the help as always.

My application for AOS got sent over to the Cali office and they are processing April now. I filed in May so I am expecting at least another 2-3 months. The processes are going to vary but this may give you an indicator of where the other offices are (or not). I hope this helps at least a little bit.

It should be approved anytime now according to https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processingTimesDisplay.do

They're processing applications all the way to August 18th and you filed on the 6th. Hopefully something happens this month.

I am a little confused as to where you are seeing the August 16th date. Under National Benefits Center there is no reference to I-485.

Would really appreciate your reference point.

For K1 Visa AOS, It goes to National Benefits Center starting in August. So, we have very little approval in their in general.

NBC still processes applications according to your field office from what I've heard.

Our field office was already processing cases a week past our date as of Jan. 31. To date, we have heard nothing. I'm thinking NBC is just very slowwwww.
