Hi all,

Looks like I have all in order to send in the K1 Visa paperwork. Pretty much everything in the check list. Heres my question, for those of you that have been through the process and recieved the Visa, how did you present the paperwork? In a binder? Folder? Please let me know. I'm putting it togehter and want the best available presentation.

I used a 2 hole punch from my job and punched the top of each page. You could use a single hole paper punch and make 2 holes. Then used a blank page and attached the clip to it, then attached all the paperwork to the clip.

Here are the clips that I used - http://www.staples.com/Smead-Self-Adhesive-Fasteners/product_SS989750

I could send you a couple if you like - send me a PM.

Paper clips and binder clips only. Add a cover / table of contents.

I didn't know about this site before I sent my I129F- wish I did. I didn't make a table of contents or anything. I just made sure everything was there in the same order as the instructions and I think I used a big paper clip or something then put it all in a big envelope. Is that going to be okay? I didn't see anything in the uscis instructions about a table of contents...
