My Fiance interview was scheduled for 7am on Jan 8th 2013

He got to the Lagos embassy at 5am and sat in the car. The 1st set of people was the 6.30am appt folks. At 6.30am, they called them in and 2mins later; they called in the 7am appt folks.

When they were getting in, the security asked them to open the sealed envelopes (medical report etc) in front of them. They got in to pay the visa fee and also requested the AOS (affidavit of support). Then they went back to sit down.

The CO started calling people for the Immigrant Visa around 9am. There are many windows and the lady who called him had scrutinize the guy from warri alot and didnt smile at all. so he was already scared.

So he got to my Fiance time.. However, the lady took a break after the first Warri guy and went to discuss with her colleagues. while she was chatting and smiling with her colleagues... she occasionally was looking at my fiance ( this tells me they are observing your body language while you wait).

She called my fiance to the window and was smiling

CO- Do you promise to the whole truth (Smiling)

Fiance - Yes i do

CO - i know you will (laughing)

CO- How did you meet your fiancee?

Fiance - anwered

CO- how did you fiance go to America

Fiance - Answered

CO- what does your fiancee do?

Fiance - Answered

CO- what do you do?

Fiance - answered

CO- wow, nice professional combination

Fiance - Thank you

CO-Does your fiance live in am apt or home?

Fiance - Answered

CO- Has she tell you anything about Houston? You both look good together...

Fiance - oh yes, many things

CO- like what?

Fiance - laughing and said a few.

CO - wasn't even listening much and said congratulations. come and pick up your visa in 2weeks.

The officer did not ask for any documents. and my fiance had a huge bag. No phone calls, email absolutely nothing was asked.

The CO had the package UsCIS had sent to lagos. And i had included a few pics and few emails to my application to USCIS. I only had pics from our 1st meeting. So this was just God.

We were fully prepared but nothing was asked for. My fiance did not even open the bag of evidence. I guess the pictures we had spoke alot of our connection and we looked good together.

My first set of pics sent to USCIS included pic at a club, pics in the bedroom, pics at the pool, and pics in restaurant in Nigeria.

Feel free to contact me if u need further assistance.
